STOKE CITY FANS’ FORUM
“Ways of Working Statement”


Aim
 

  1. To help unlock the potential of Stoke City Football Club through the active participation of supporters in all areas of its business.
    Objectives
      
  2. To establish an open two-way communication process for the channelling of ideas and feedback
     
  3. To continuously improve customer service
     
  4. To participate in the long term strategy for the regeneration of the club
     
  5. To make the Britannia Stadium a place where fans want to come (and visiting teams don’t!)
     
  6. To take responsibility for harnessing the energy of supporters for the benefit of the club
     
  7. To effectively communicate the issues discussed and the action taken to as wide an audience as possible
     

Responsibilities

 

    Collective

  • All decisions and communications made by the SCFF must be supported by all participants
     
  • Accountability of the SCFF is to the supporter base as a whole
     
  • The SCFF must speak with one voice
     
  • The SCFF must be accessible to those they represent

    Individual


  • Participants, or a representative of, must attend all SCFF meetings as required
     
  • Participants must be accessible to those they represent
     
  • Participants must communicate with those they represent. This includes gathering ideas and feedback of actions. This will be via a group meeting, newsletter, matchday programme, the Stoke City or Fans’ Forum website or the local media
     
  • Participants must actively participate in and support SCFF led initiatives
