1. Matters Arising from the Previous Meeting

It was mentioned that a breakdown of away tickets were available at each sale level didn’t seem to appear on the SCFC website. It was mentioned in the previous meeting minutes and efforts were going to be made to ensure this information appeared – Stoke City said they would check and ensure this information goes on next time any away tickets are on sale.

2. Ticket Office

People have asked why does it take so long to get through to the ticket office when tickets for away games are released, as one fan rang from her mobile and paid in excess of £20 for the phone call, we also asked why it was an 08 number rather than a local number- clubs response, as a company they use an 08 number, like most places you ring to get tickets from it is expected, it was also mentioned that for the first priority allocation of away tickets there is no need for fans to call 9 am on the day of release, as there is enough allocation for anyone in that category, so a fan could call on the Wednesday afternoon, no queue and get a ticket the same as he/she could have done at 9 am Monday morning, we asked if this can be documented somewhere as fans do not realise this

3. Sales and stock in clubshop

There has been allocated a new club shop manager. We were given numerous dates regarding stock of kits and training gear:

Home kits-end august and November

Away kits were to be replenished that week

Goalkeeper strip towards the end august

Training wear from November

and that if anyone has had the number and name of a player on their top since the squad numbers changed the can take it into the store for a replacement

4. Any Other Business

Kit for schools

It was asked how do we get hold of any kits for schools and clubs that were to be bought with the money saved since the vat drop-clubs response, Steve said if we had any queries awith this or wanted any for any clubs, schools, groups then to email him

Away tickets on scfc-direct

It was asked why away tickets can not be bought from the scfc website-clubs response-there is not a complex enough programme in place to know who has had away tickets, as this would be keeping financial information which is not allowed to be done

Standing at matches

People standing on the stairs shortly before a match ends, thus blocking the view for others seating that want to enjoy the full match, why are the stewards doing nothing to stop this- clubs response, that’s this will now be looked into as it has been brought up as an issue.

Season ticket insurance

Season ticket insurance- we were told how the scheme works, it covers the cost of actually replacing the season ticket book, however when the season tickets were renewed on line there was no option to add on the insurance

It was asked if it is possible for people to take it out now, after recieving their ticket, or if it was something that had to be purchased at the time –the clubs response, this will be looked into
